加强高校校办产业管理的思考

高校校办产业是推动高等教育事业发展、促进科技进步和经济发展的一支重要力量。但在其发展过程中出现了一些不容忽视的问题。对此，学校与校办产业自身都应认真总结经验教训，尽快理顺产权关系，制定有关规定，加强校办产业的宏观与微观管理。

College-run enterprises are important forces to push forward the development of higher education and toaccelerate the progress of science and technology as well as economy. However, in the process of development, some problems that can not be neglected come out, for which universities and their enterprises must sincerely sum up the experience and failure, quickly straighten out the relations between property and right, stipulate related laws and regulations and reinforce micro and macro control over college-run enterprises.
