Non-major Colleges and Universities Coming to Grips with the Administrative Reform

分析了非重点高校目前存在的主要问题，指出进行管理机构改革是非重点高校在发展进程中的必然举措。通过对重点高校管理机构改革的经验分析，结合非重点高校的实际，提出了有关非重点高校管理机构改革应遵循的３ 个原则等建议。

This paper analyses the main problems existing in non-major colleges and universities and points out that it is an inevitable action in the process of the development of non-major colleges and universities to carry out the administrative reform. After analysing the experiences of the administrative reforms in some major colleges and universities, combining with the reality of non-major colleges and universities, this paper proposes such suggestions as the three principles that should be followed in the administrative reform in non-major colleges and universities.
