摘要 以含氢硅油、活性聚醚和N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺作为原料,采用本体聚合的方法合成了低黄变亲水性有机硅柔软剂.利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、超导核磁共振谱(1H-NMR)、热性能分析(TG-DTA)和扫描电镜(SEM)表征了该柔软剂的结构并且研究其性能,测试了普通涤纶织物经过该柔软剂整理后的效果.研究结果表明:整理后涤纶织物具有较好的柔软性和亲水性,低黄变,整理后耐久性较好. A silicone softener with low-yellowing and hydrophilic property was synthesized using methyl end-group hydrogen silicone,activity polyether and N,N-methylenebisacrylamide as raw materials by bulk polymerization.The chemical structure and properties of the silicone softener were characterized by FT-IR,superconducting 1H-NMR,TG-DTA and SEM.The silicone softener was applied in polyester fabrics,and the application performance was studied.The results showed that the finished polyester had good flexibility and hydrophilicity.In addition,the silicone softener used in textile finishing had low-yellowing and good washing durability.
