摘要
利用大型通用有限元程序LS-DYNA,对充满水的金属薄壁圆柱壳轴向冲击屈曲过程进行了计算机仿真分析。分析表明,充液圆柱壳在大质量锤体低速撞击下,壳内液体承受很高的压力,在此内压与轴向压缩的联合作用下,柱壳发生轴对称屈曲。得到的屈曲模态动画显示以及冲击力和液体内压时程曲线与实验观察相比较,其一致性是令人满意的。
The whole process of the axial impact buckling of liquid filled cylindrical shell is simulated using LS DYNA computer code.The analysis indicates that quite high internal hydrodynamic pressure occur inside shell during impact process.Under the combination action of the high internal pressure and axial compression the thin shells take place easily axisymmetric buckling.The computer simulation is in agreement with the experimental observation.
