摘要
对以醋酐为催化剂和以硫磺为催化剂的醋酸氯化合成氯乙酸的优劣进行了比较研究。得出,以硫磺为催化剂时,乙酰氯是逐渐释放的,其逃逸速度慢,氯化反应效果好,催化剂用量小,生产成本低,优于以醋酐为催化剂的氯化反应。
Monochloroacetic acid was prepared by using acetic anhydride or sulfur as catalysts to chlorinate acetic acid respectively.Compared with acetic anhydride,using sulfur as catalyst has greater advantages:the gradual release and slower rate of acetyl chloride,the higher efficiency of chlorination,the smaller necessary amount of catalyst,and the lower production cost.
