摘要
以聚四甲撑醚二醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯和MOCA 溶液为原料,采用半预聚体法合成了高性能聚氨酯灌封料。并考察了w (—NCO),n(- NH2)/n(- NCO)值、后硫化时间。
High performance polyurethane pouring sealant was prepared with polytetramethylene glycol(PTMG),totylene diisocyanate(TDI) and methylene bis ortho chloroaniline(MOCA) solution,and the effects of the equivalent ratio n (—NH 2)/ n (—NCO), w (—NCO),finished cure time and relative humidity on the mechanical and electric properties were investigated.
