摘要
对2009年生产的34个(148个样品)两系杂交水稻组合在武汉地区正季进行田间种植鉴定。结果表明,样品合格率仅为87.84%,影响组合纯度的主要因素是变异株和不育株,其次是异品种,其中变异株率为1.60%,不育株率为1.11%,异品种率0.09%。纯度高的样品变异株和不育株很少,更没有异品种。
Seeds of 34 two-line hybrid rice varieties(148 samples) produced in 2009 were identified by field planting in growing season in Wuhan.The results showed that the pass rate of the samples was only 87.84%.The main factors affecting the purity of seeds were mutant plant and sterile plant,followed by plant of foreign varieties.On average,the mutant plant,sterile plant and plant of foreign varieties accounted for 1.60%,1.11% and 0.09%,respectively.The sterile plants and mutant plants were very few,and no plants of foreign varieties were found in high purity samples.
