摘要
以信阳毛尖茶加工废弃物为研究对象,以水为溶剂,选取提取时间、温度、料液比3个因素做单因素试验,研究其对茶多糖提取率的影响,然后选3个因素3个水平做正交试验,确定了茶多糖提取的最佳工艺条件是以水为溶剂,提取温度为90℃,料液比1∶30(W/V,g∶mL),提取时间为1.5 h,即可得到较高提取率。
To optimize the extraction technology of polysaccharide from the reject of famous green tea Xinyang Maojian in dusty,the conditions including extraction time,temperature,the ratio of tea to liquid were firstly studied by single factor experiment and then orthogonal test.As the result,high extraction rate could be reached under the following conditions,using water as solvent at a 1∶30 solid to liquid ratio,extracting at 90℃ for 1.5 h.
