基于搅拌设备的农业生物反应器内部流动分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了对侧入式搅拌的农业生物反应器内的流动情况进行研究,采用计算流体力学方法,以某示范工程的主体农业生物反应器为对象,利用Fluent软件对在搅拌设备作用下的反应器内部流动进行数值分析,揭示其流动规律。结果表明,搅拌设备主要使反应器内的物料沿叶轮轴线方向向前运动;接近反应器底安装的搅拌设备有助于防止池底固体颗粒沉积,可对反应器中介质进行均质处理。 The characteristic of the flow field in agricultural bioreactor with the side entering mixer was studied by computational fluid dynamics(CFD).Using a main agriculture bioreactor in a demonstration project as taget,the numerical simulation of the internal 3-D incompressible turbulent flow field of the bioreactor was carried out by CFD software Fluent.The results showed that the role of mixing equipment was making the materials to move along the impeller axis direction in the bioreactor;And the mixing equipment was installed near to the bottom of the bioreactor so that it would help to prevent solid particles deposition and homogenize treatment.
