摘要
以杜仲(Eucommia ulmoides)幼茎为外植体,进行杜仲愈伤组织诱导、增殖实验。在培养基中添加不同浓度的Ca2+进行筛选实验,以确定诱导、增殖培养基中的最佳Ca2+浓度。结果表明适度增加Ca2+浓度,可促进杜仲愈伤组织的诱导和增殖,并能改善愈伤组织的生长状态,增加愈伤组织增殖生长量。但若Ca2+浓度超过12.0 mmol/L,促进效果减弱。
The stems of Eucommia ulmoides were taken as explants for callus induction and proliferation.Different concentration of Ca2+ was added into the medium to study its effect on the induction and proliferation of eucommia callus.Results showed that proper concentration of Ca2+ played an active role in the induction and proliferation of eucommia callus,both the frequency and quantity of induced and proliferated callus was enhanced.But the effect decreased if Ca2+ in the medium was higher than 12.0 mmol/L.
