摘要
社会主义新农村建设是党中央为促进我国农村物质文明与精神文明发展、加快我国现代化进程所提出的新时期的历史任务。高等院校作为人才培养与科学研究的基地,在社会主义新农村建设的过程中具有重要的地位与作用。以辽宁省社会主义新农村建设为例,结合实际论述了辽宁省高等院校为该省社会主义新农村建设服务的实践,并在此基础上阐述辽宁省高等院校在为新农村建设服务过程中存在的问题,同时以此为契机提出了相应的解决措施。
The construction of new socialist countryside is the historical mission proposed in the new times,which improves the development of Chinese rural civilization of material and spirit and accelerates the process of Chinese modernization.As the base institutions of higher talents cultivation and scientific research,colleges and universities play a significant role in the process of new socialist countryside construction.Based on the new socialist countryside construction in Liaoning province,the practices of colleges and universities supporting the new socialist countryside construction in Liaoning province were expounded,and the problems in the supporting process were elaborated.
