摘要
从软件失效的不可根除性出发，提出软件可靠性工程的概念。同时，对软件在开发阶段和测试阶段的可靠性进行了分析，并就软件可靠性工程前景作出了展望。
lt's impossible completely to eradicate software failure. According to this, the concept ofsoftware reliability engineering is put forward. An analysis is made on the reliabity of software at its devel-opment and test phase, and the prospect of softwane reliability engineering are predicted.
