摘要
随着国家长输管线的建设,不可避免在寒冷天气中进行施工,而在管线缺陷中,危险性最大的就是焊接裂纹。针对此问题,在本文分析了线路焊接裂纹的类型,产生焊接裂纹原因的基础上,结合现场实际采用的方法提出了防止焊接裂纹产生的措施。
It is inevitable to weld national long-distance pipeline in cold weather.Weld crack is the greatest risk of pipeline defects.To solve this problem,this paper analyzes the type of welding cracks and cause resulting in welding cracks,combining with the actual prevention,presented the method used in preventing welding cracks.
