摘要 消失模铸造的工艺过程比传统的粘土砂铸造工艺简单得多。它的特点是铸件精度高,消失模铸造是一种近无余量、精确成形的新工艺,由于其本身的工艺特点,容易产生铸钢件增碳、表面皱皮、铸铁件炭黑、粘砂、塌箱、针刺和节瘤等缺陷。这些缺陷使铸件的强度、塑性、韧性及硬度等力学性能下降,表面光洁度下降,对后续的机械加工造成困难,甚至是整个铸件报废。本文对这些缺陷进行了分析并提出了对策。 The process of LFC is much simpler than the traditional clay sand casting process.It is characteristic of high precision.This new technology,which is a nearly non-margin and precise forming,tends to produce carbon steel castings,surface wrinkled skin,carbon black,sticky sand,collapses and other defects owing to the technological features of its own.The mechanical properties of casting decrease including strength,plastic,toughness and hardness of casting and the surface finish decrease too.All these defects make the subsequent machining difficult,or even scrap the whole cast.In this paper,these defects are analyzed and countermeasures are proposed.
