介绍作者根据多年的监理体会、感受。以质量控制为重点结合FIDIC合同条款谈了自己的看法,并对如何理解规程与政府战略要求的关系谈了自己的看法。以期与从事监理工作的同事们交换意见。
The paper describes the author＇s many years of supervisory experience.The article discusses the author＇s view about relations of regulations and requirements of the government＇s strategy,combining with the terms and conditions of FIDIC contract and focusing on quality control,in order to exchange views with colleagues who work supervision.
