聚苯硫醚的合成工艺研究 被引量:10

摘要 研究了硫化钠法制备聚苯硫醚树脂(PPS)生产工艺中脱水率、反应时间和温度对产品的影响,探讨了浆料的水洗工艺对产品灰分含量的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为九水硫化钠的脱水率在86.0%~90.0%之间,反应温度220℃,反应时间6 h,产品收率高为92%。洗涤0.5 mol反应浆料最佳去离子水用量为200 ml,洗涤7次,每次洗涤40 min,产物中的灰分含量约0.6%~0.7%,含量仍较高,并对其原因进行了分析。 The effects of dehydration ratio, reaction time, reaction temperature of PPS produced with sodium sulfide on product and the effects of washing technology on ash content of the resin were examined. The results showed that the optimum conditions were reaction temperature at 220 ℃, reaction time for 6h, and the dehydration ratio of Na2S · 9H2O as 86.0% -90. 0%. Under these reaction conditions, PPS resin's yield was 92%. The best conditions of washing 0. 5 mol slurry were washing 7 times, each washing time was 40 min and water quantity was 200 ml. The ash content contained in the PPS was about 0. 6% - 0. 7% which was not decreased. The reasons of the high ash content were analyzed.
