摘要 为研制高性能的新型苯乙烯-丁二烯弹性体(TVA)发泡鞋底材料,以偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)作为发泡剂,过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)作为交联剂,加入乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)和二元乙丙橡胶(EPR)对TVA进行改性,用化学模压发泡法成型了TVA发泡材料。实验结果表明,改性剂EVA和EPR的加入,可以使得发泡材料的撕裂强度,耐压缩强度以及耐磨性等性能得到提升;高压毛细管流变分析发现,加入EVA可以提高材料的流动性,而加入EPR则会降低其流动性。考虑到各方面的影响因素,最终确定TVA/EVA/EPR三元共混体系的最佳配方,所制得的TVA发泡材料性能优异,具有较大的实际应用价值。 Azodicarbonamide (AC) as the foaming agent, dicumyl peroxide (DCP) as the cross-linking agent, EVA and EPR as the modifier were added into TVA. New TVA foaming material with high property was prepared by the chemical compression molding. The mechanical property such as tear strength, compressive strength and wearing quality of TVA foam material were better when EVA and EPR content increased. By high-pressure capillary rheological analysis, the rheological property of TYA foam material was better with the EVA content increasing and EPR content decreasing. Taking the impact of various factors into account, the best formula of TVA/EVA/EPR blends system was ultimately determined. The results indicated that TVA foamed material with excellent performance and great practical value was obtained.
