摘要
本文在D-S证据理论和模糊综合评价理论的基础上,利用D-S证据理论合成方法建立评价模型,把静态的评价模型转化为动态的评价模型,引入权重设计的综合评价进行区分,然后对评价集和和评判矩阵进行证据合成,得到的结果更能客观实际的反映高校教师的综合素质。
In this paper,based on the D-S evidence theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory,we use of D-S theory of evidence synthesis to construct evaluation model,transfer the statice valuation model into a dynamic evaluation model,introduce weight design of the integrated evaluation to distinct,then synthesize the evaluation sets and evaluation matrix.Taken the above measures,the results can reflect reality of the overall quality ofuniversity teachers more objectively.
