摘要
"师徒制"的教师培养方法由来己久,它是特定社会历史条件下的产物,曾为培养新教师发挥了积极作用。当今"师徒制"为有些学校采用,以加速新教师成长为成熟教师的进程,有一定的积极作用。同时,我们应批判地看待"师徒制"在当今的作用。在新教师成长的过程中,我们不能急于求成,应遵循其成长过程的客观规律,让其在教育教学实践中逐渐完成。
Teachers' training method of "mentoring" has a long history,is the product in special society and history and plays a positive role in cultivating teachers.At present,"mentoring" is used by some colleges to advance the growth of young teachers.At the same time,we should critically treat "mentoring".To the growth of young teachers,we should not be anxious for success,but obey the objective law and make them grow in educational practice.
