曲块四辊破碎机的研制

Development of Four-roller Breaker for Caky Starter in Distilleries

通过对酒厂曲块粉碎流程分析,提出了双级粉碎新工艺,并对四辊破碎机进行了研究设计。研制应用试验结果表明,该设备设计合理,结构紧凑,曲块喂入性能好,架空少,运转平稳,齿辊强度高,不易磨损,装机功率小,生产效率高,噪音小,能够满足曲块粗破碎要求。

The breaking procedures of caky starter in distilleries were analyzed and the new craft of two-stage breaking was then put forward.As a result,four-roller breaker had been developed.Use test results suggested that such newly-developed breaker had the following advantages： professional design,compact structure,good feeding of caky starter,stable operation,wear-proof pinroller,low installing power,high productivity,and low noise.The newly-developed breaker could completely meet the breaking requirements of caky starter in distilleries.
