摘要
用文献计量学的方法对哲学社会科学1993~2010年基金立项状况进行多角度、多方位的分析统计。研究显示:民族问题研究的立项数量和资助力度逐年增长。以一般项目和青年项目的立项为主体,重点项目和自筹项目相对较少。18年间立项988项,占全国的比例为4.92%,其中高校立项674项,群众团体和军事院校分别为1项和3项,科研实力不均。立项课题主持人在地区分布上主要集中在中西部地区,且更新较快,集中表现在立项核心主持人偏少并呈逐年减少趋势。东部发达地区甚至高校集中的省市,获准立项比例仍然很低,但呈现递增趋势。民族问题研究国家立项课题紧扣社会发展主题、涉及学科多元化,但各分支学科立项比例失衡,应进一步提升该学科的地位,探究民族问题研究学科群建设的发展趋势。
This paper uses bibliometric methods to do analytic statistics of 1993 -2010 fund projects in Philosophy and Social Sciences from multiple perspectives in an all-round way. The research demonstrates: national question research's initiating a project quantity and subsidization dynamics grow year by year. Projects and youth projects in general are the main focus of the project and the key project and self-provided project are relatively few. During 18 years, 988 projects have been set up, accounting for 4.92% nationwide. 674 projects are in university, the grassroots organization and the military academies respectively are 1 item and 3 items, and scientific research strength is uneven. Research topics on the host in the geographical distribution are mainly in central and western regions, and updated fast; number of key hosts of project are less than normal and shows a decreasing trend. In con- centrated developed areas in eastern provinces or cities and even universities, the proportion of approved project is still very low, but shows an increasing trend. National Ethnic Studies research topic closely adheres to the theme of social development, covering diverse subjects. However, the initiating of projects among different subjects is off balance and the status of the discipline should be enhanced to explore the development trend for building subject groups of studying nationality issues.
