科技成果管理系统的设计与实现

Design and Realization of Technological Achievements Management System

采用Ｃｌｉｅｎｔ／Ｓｅｒｖｅｒ 模式，建立了科技成果管理系统，完成科技成果的表格申报、软盘申报、远程申报，实现数据的添加、删除、修改、查询等功能；在安全管理方面，设置了多级操作权限，不同用户，赋予相应的权限，对一些关键操作，设置了最高权限；阐述了系统数据库、客户端应用程序的功能、设计及实现，从应用程序及数据库两个方面优化系统性能；最后给出了前端应用程序同后台服务器的连接方式及实现步骤．

This paper presents a scheme of Technological Achievements Management System which is based on Client/Server model.After describing the structure and performance, it explains how the Database is designed using SQL Server 7.0 and the application programs using Visual Basic 6.0.Then some good ways optimizing the system are put forward and are made full use of in this system.Finally,the connection between client and server is well described.
