飞机防滑刹车系统结构谐振一体化设计的仿真研究 被引量:7

摘要 提出了飞机防滑系统结构谐振一体化设计思想。基于飞机起落架中相应结构的变形与主起落架水平纵向“走步”振动的联系,建立了以整个起落架系统为实验对象的防滑系统惯性台试验系统的数字仿真模型。以该模型为基础,研究了控制器参数对起落架“走步”现象的影响。仿真结果表明,该设计思想的防滑系统综合控制效果较好。 Gear walk has already become quite serious both in China and abroad. In order to avoid gear walk, we need to consider how landing gear oscillations are related to: (1) the structural deformation of landing gear, (2) the braking frequency of the antiskid braking system. Before performing brake dynamometer testing, we deem it wise to do computer simulation first. Fig.1 shows the whole computer simulation frame diagram, including among many things the mathematical models of three components of a certain type of landing gear: (1) the braked tire, (2) buffer, (3) brake. Fig.1 includes an antiskid braking system (to be installed on the platform), which adopts a high precision fuzzy compound controller shown in more detail in Fig.2. Simulation results (Figs.4 and 5) show preliminarily that our new controller can improve the antiskid system′s performance and so long as the controller parameters are adjusted to be within certain limits so as to decouple the antiskid system′s braking frequency from the gear walk fundamental frequency, gear walk can be avoided.
