摘要 对直腔式和环形谐振腔的稳频原理进行了理论上的探讨,并给出了环形激光陀螺的稳频精度分析。根据环形激光器研制过程中的需要,提出了一种基于单片机系统的实用稳频方案,并对该系统的电路时序工作过程进行了分析,作者还将该方案与 H. J. Murphy 提出的数字式稳频系统在性能上进行了比较。 Ring laser gyro (RLG) is the key component in inertial navigation systems which are widely used in airborne and shipborne navigation systems. China needs to develop her own RLG. We participated in this effort, and did research on frequency stabilization of RLG cavity field, which is the key technique for achieving high precision of RLG. In section 2, we introduced the frequency stabilization principle for common lasers and ring lasers. Fig.1 gives the laser intensity power curve of common laser; Fig.2(a), that of ring lasers. In Section 3, we made precision analysis of RLG, and found that pathlength l and refraction rate η have great influence on the precision of RLG. In section 4, we designed a frequency control system based on single chip computer system MCS 51. Fig.4 gives the schematical diagram of our frequency control system. Fig.5 shows the stabilizing process for three different frequencies γ 0, γ 1 , and γ 2 . Compared to the digital frequency stabilization system designed by Hugh J. Murphy [5] , ours has the following advantages: (1) better stability and reliability; (2) ability to select a particular operating intensity peak; (3) ability to compensate for zero drift by software.
