摘要
提出四轴联动数控加工中的连续微路径段进给速度的区域控制方法,包括四轴联动加工中连续路径段拐角计算、拐角速度的约束;对该方法进行理论分析并通过一个工件加工实例验证其正确性。结果表明:该方法能满足高速四轴联动加工要求,具有很好的应用价值。
An area feedrate control method of continuous micro-path in four-axis linkage NC machining was presented, which included the calculation of the comer values in continuous micro-path and the restriction of the feedrate in the comer. Based on the theory analysis, a related experiment was made to verify its correctness. The results show this method can not only satisfy the demand of the four-axis linkage high-speed machining, but also has a profound significance of application.
