摘要
根据螺旋线的形成原理,以被测齿轮的螺旋线偏差为研究对象,以随动控制系统作为测量齿轮螺旋线偏差的控制方式,利用其实时跟踪测量的特点,建立被测齿轮实际螺旋线的分析模型,对其跟踪轨迹进行螺旋线拟合,以验证分析模型的准确性。实验结果表明:采用该方法能够在简化系统运动控制方式和结构情况下,有效测量齿轮螺旋线误差。
According to the formation principles of helix, taking the measuring deviation of helical gear as research object, servo control system which had the characteristic of real-time tracking was used as the control method. The analysis model of the actual measured gear spiral was established. Its tracking trajectory was fitted with helix to verify the accuracy of established model. The experimental results show adopting the method, the gear helix error can be effectively measured under the premise that the system structure and motion control mode are simplified.
