摘要
为了研究阀泵联合控制的液压机主液压缸动态性能和稳态定位精度问题,利用流量连续性方程、力平衡方程建立了液压机非对称主液压缸的数学模型;采用Simulink工具建立了系统的数值仿真模型,开展了比例控制与比例积分控制下系统动态与稳态特性的研究。仿真结果表明:采用该阀泵联合控制方案可以有效地对液压机主液压缸实施控制,运用PI控制可有效提高主液压缸定位精度,但也带来了小幅度振动。
The purpose of the present study was to research the dynamic performance and steady -state positioning accuracy of pump -valve combined controlling upper hydraulic cylinder of press. As steps to this final goal, mathematicaltmodels were built using flow continuity and force equilibrium equations. A numerical simulation model was established based on Simulink to carry out research on dynamic and static characteristics of the upper hydraulic cylinder of press controlled by P and PI control method. The results of simulation show that this pump - valve combined control scheme is validated in controlling the upper hydraulic cylinder of press. It is also shown that the positioning accuracy of hydraulic cylinder can be effectively improved by PI control method, however, with a bit of oscillation.
