摘要
为提高夹具装配的准确性与效率,采用了一种基于特征约束语义的自动装配方法。该方法利用参数化技术建立夹具的三维模型元件库,定义了特征约束语义的描述方法。通过约束转换,用程序自动将基于特征约束的装配转换为基于几何约束的装配,从而实现快速装配。并开发了原型系统,验证了该方法的有效性。
A method of new automatic assembly technology based on feature constraint semanteme was introduced to improve the accuracy and efficiency of fixtures' assembly. This method used the parametric technology to establish 3D fixture component library and defined the description method of the feature constraint semanteme. The constraint transformation program transformed the assembly based on feature constraint into the one based on the geometric constraint automatically so as to realize the rapid assembly., Finally a prototype system was developed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
