摘要
设计了一种二维五筒型晶格光子晶体的结构,利用PW E方法计算并仿真了该结构的能带分布,分析出了其带隙分布与介质柱介电常数和占空比的关系,总结出了能带与两者之间的变化规律。通过与方形、三角和六角晶格结构的能带分布比较,得到了四种晶格具有最大完全带隙时的参数,发现五筒型光子晶体结构具有最大的完全带隙,为进一步光子晶体的实验制备和实际应用提供了理论依据。
A two-dimensional five-canister photonic crystal structure is designed.The PWE method calculates and simulates the band-gap distribution.The relationship among the band-gap distribution,dielectric constant and duty ratio is analyzed,generating the variation between band and the other two.Comparing with the band-gap distribution of square lattice,triangular lattice and hexagonal lattice,parameters of four structures with the maximum complete band gap are obtained,among which the five-canister lattice has the maximum complete band gap,helpful to the further experimental and practical application of photonic crystals.
