点焊逆变电源网压补偿的数学模型及网压自动补偿电路 被引量:5

摘要 建立了点焊逆变电源网压补偿的数学模型,并以此为理论依据,设计了网压自动补偿电路。模拟试验结果表明,当网压变化±15%时,补偿精度为±3%。 Voltage compensation is essential for engineering application of resistance spot weld inverter power supply. But to our best knowledge, almost no research has been done in this field. We present a voltage compensation network which can meet engineering requirements. We first established the mathematical model (eq.9) to compensate for high frequency rectangular wave output by inverter. Such a model, to our best knowledge, has not been reported in open literature. We then designed an automatic voltage compensation circuit as shown in Fig.5. Simulation tests show that after voltage compensation, the output voltage fluctuation is kept within ±3% if the line voltage fluctuation remains within ±15%.
