静磁场作用下骨骼肌细胞增殖变化的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解静磁场作用下骨骼肌细胞增殖的变化。方法将传代培养的SD大鼠面颌骨骼肌细胞分别加磁,在强度为180mT、270mT和360mT静磁场下各作用12h、36h、60h,照相记录观察细胞形态的变化并用MTT法测定各组的吸光值(A值)。结果 180mT和270mT磁场强度对细胞有明显的促增值作用,A值明显增加;360mT的磁场强度在36h之内对细胞的增殖作用较明显,A值显著增加,但至60h时,部分细胞发生坏死,A值显著减小。结论在临床治疗中,应该选择适当的磁场强度(<270mT),过大的磁场强度的应用对肌肉组织的健康是不利的。 Objective To observe the morphological changes of skeletal muscle cells after exposure to different densities of static magnetic fields(SMF) . Methods The cultured skeletal muscle cells were exposed to static magnetic fields(180 mT,270 mT and 360 mT) ,each for 12 h,36 h,60 h. The morphological changes of the skeletal muscle cell were observed,and the cell proliferation was studied by MTT assay with absorbance value(A value) measured. Results In the 180 mT group and the 270 mT group,the A values were significantly increased;In the 360 mT group,the A values increased significantly during treatment within 36 hours,but decreased significantly after treatment for 60 hours with apoptosis observed. Conclusion Static magnetic fields(270 mT) can promote cell proliferation to a certain extent. But high-intensity magnetic field(360 mT) might be harmful to tissue health.
