普通外科手术部位感染高危因素监测及分析

Analysis on high-risk factors of surgical site infections following general surgery

目的探讨影响普通外科部位感染的高危因素。方法通过前瞻性监测分析对普通外科手术部位感染影响的因素,筛选出手术部位感染的高危因素。结果我院普通外科手术部位感染发病率为6.51%,Ⅰ类切口感染率为1.20%,Ⅱ、Ⅲ类切口感染率为12.15%。年龄、肥胖、糖尿病、切口分类、手术时间是普通外科部位感染的高危因素(OR值分别为9.5、11.3、9.8、9.6、10.5,P值均<0.05)。结论加强对危险因素的监测与调控有利于降低普通外科手术部位感染发病率。

Objective To investigate the high-risk factors of surgical site infections（SSIs） in patients having general surgery. Methods Perspective study was performed to analyze the factors exerting impact on SSIs and to identify the high-risk factors. Results The incidence of SSIs following general surgery was 6.51% in our hospital. The infection rate for type Ⅰ incision was 1.2%,and that for type Ⅱ and Ⅲ was 1.2% and 12.15%,respectively. The high-risk factors for SSIs was identified to be age,obesity,diabetes,classification of incisions,and operation time,with OR values of 9.5,11.3,9.8,9.6,10.5,respectively（P0.05） . Conclusion To strengthen monitoring and regulation of risk factors can reduce the incidence of SSIs.
