摘要
目的通过对门诊质量指标的综合评价,为门诊管理提供决策依据。方法采用TOPSIS法综合评价各诊室的平均每日接诊患者数、门诊病历书写合格率、门诊处方书写合格率和门诊诊断与出院诊断符合率。结果在质量指标综合排序,诊室3、诊室12和诊室11居前列,与实际情况相符。结论 TOPSIS法适用于医疗指标综合评价,可为门诊的科学化管理提供参考依据。
Objective To provide scientific foundation for making strategic decisions in management of outpatient department through synthesized evaluation of quallity indicators of outpatient department. Methods TOPSIS method was applied in the synthesized evaluation of average daily number of outpatients,pass rate of outpatient medical records,pass rate of outpatient prescriptions,and coincidence rate of outpatient diagnosis with discharge diagnosis. Results In the synthetically sorting of quality indicators,consulting room 3,12 and 11 were in the top three of the list,which was in accordance with the factual situation. Conclusion TOPSIS method is suitable for synthesized evaluation of medical indicators,which provide a foundation for the scientific management of the outpatient department.
