多层螺旋CT在眼球异物立体精确定位的应用研究

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT对不同眼球异物立体精确定位的灵敏度和特异性。方法兔子10只20眼,行手术分别放入不同数量铁屑、竹屑、玻璃碎片,应用不同检测方式和多层螺旋CT进行扫描诊断,对比检测效果。结果多层螺旋CT对20颗铁屑异物的显示率为100%,能较好地显示铁屑的位置、大小和形态;对10颗玻璃碎屑的显示率为40%(4颗);对10颗竹屑的显示率为20%(2颗)。结论多层螺旋CT检查具有无损伤、简便快速的优点,其三维立体影像对高密度眼内异物的定位更加准确可靠,在临床操作中可以给手术大夫提供更准确详细的信息,提高手术的准确性和成功率,易被临床接受。 Objective To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of multi-slice spiral CT in the three-dimensional precise positioning of different intra-ocular foreign body. Methods 10 rabbits with 20 eyes,and put different numbers of iron,bamboo shavings and broken glass in the eyes by surgery,then used different testing methods and diagnostic multi-slice spiral CT scanned,compared the detection. Results The display rate of the multi-slice spiral CT to 20 of iron was 100%,which showed that it could show the location,size and shape of iron;the display rate of the multi-slice spiral CT to 10 glass fragments and 10 Bamboo was 40%(4) and 20%(2) . Conclusion The multi-slice spiral CT had obvious advantages for precise location to high density of intra-ocular foreign body and it should combine with other methods to precise positioning of non-metallic intra-ocular foreign body.
