后世博上海节能与清洁能源汽车发展策略研究

The Studies on the Development of Energy Saving and Clean Energy Vehicles in Shanghai During the Post - Expo

从奥运到世博,节能与清洁能源汽车已成为体现绿色科技奥运、低碳科技世博理念最大亮点之一,也是我国节能与清洁能源汽车发展的重要里程碑。低排放的燃油汽车、燃气汽车、电力驱动汽车和其他替代燃料汽车多条路线都取得进展,节能与清洁能源汽车下一步发展路径等一系列问题受到业内广泛关注。本文通过对国际节能与清洁能源汽车发展动态和我国十多年来的发展历程剖析,结合对行业发展环境研究和笔者多年从事推进研究工作实践,对后世博上海节能与清洁能源汽车发展策略、路径进行研究和思考,并提出对策建议。

Whether in Olympics or Expo, energy saving and clean energy vehicles （ESCEV） were one of the highlights, standing for the concept of green-tech Olympics and low-carbon Expo, that is really a milestone for the development of ESCEV in China. Great progress has been made in the research and application on ESCEV with different kinds of fuel, including oil with low emission, gas, electricity and alternative fuel, therefore more attention will be paid to the development path of ESCEV in the next stage. In this paper the policy suggestions on ESCEV development strategy and paths post-Expo in Shanghai are proposed, based on reviewing the development process of ESCEV both in China and world in the past decade, combing the ESCEV industry developnent environment study and author＇s experience.
