摘要
为研究瑜伽练习和健身跑对女大学生免疫力的影响,通过8周练习前后对免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM、IgA的测试对比,得出结果:瑜伽练习和有氧健身跑均能提高IgG、IgM、IgA三者的水平,但两种练习方式对练习者免疫球蛋白的影响存在差异,其中瑜伽练习组IgG高于有氧健身跑组,且两者差异非常显著(P<0.01);瑜伽练习组IgM和IgA均高于有氧健身跑组,且两者差异显著(P<0.05)。提示瑜珈练习较有氧健身跑提高免疫球蛋白效果更加明显。
For the study of Yoga and aerobic running's immunity effect on the female students before and after eight weeks' practice,the test compared IgM,IgA and IgG.Yoga and aerobic running can all improve the level of IgG,IgM and IgA.But the effects are different.Comparing with the aerobic running group,Yoga group's IgG level is remarkable higher(P〈0.01),the level of IgM and IgA are also higher(P〈0.05).So Yoga's effects are more significant.
