以安全为起点:论治安学的研究对象与学科体系

Security as a Starting Point:Study on the Research Object and the Discipline of the Science of Social Security

从安全科学的视角出发,可以将治安学的研究内容分为三层:治安状态研究、危害安全的因素研究和保障条件研究。通过对安全科学、社会安全和公安学研究内容的比较,我们可以将公安学定义为研究国家和社会的安全状态及其保障条件的科学,将治安学定义为研究社会安全状态及其保障条件和转化机制的科学。治安学可以尝试依照安全科学等学科的研究内容和学科框架建立自己的学科体系。

From the perspective of security and science,the study content science of social security have three implication：security condition study,study on factors endangering the security and guarantee conditions study.Through the comparison among security science,social security and study content of the science of public security,we can define the science of public security as the science researching the security and guarantee conditions of the country and the society,and define the science of social security as the science researching security and guarantee conditions of the society and the transformation mechanism.The science of social security can try to construct the discipline according to the study content and subject frame of subjects such as the science of security.
