开泄复方治疗急性胆囊炎肝胆湿热证42例

Effects of Kaixie Compound Decoction on Curing 42 Acute Cholecystitis Cases with Liver-Gallbladder Dampness-heat Syndrome in Acute Cholecystitis

目的探讨开泄复方治疗急性胆囊炎肝胆湿热证的临床疗效。方法将68例急性胆囊炎肝胆湿热证患者随机分为2组。治疗组42例,以开泄复方治疗。对照组26例,采用西医常规治疗。治疗前后均进行症状体征、实验室和超声检查等检测。结果 2组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后症状体征消失、实验室、超声检查恢复时间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开泄复方功效优于西药治疗,完全可用于急性胆囊炎肝胆湿热证的治疗。

OBJECTIVE To explore clinical therapeutic effect of Kaixie Compound Decoction on curing liver-gallbladder dampness-heat syndrome in acute cholecystitis.METHODS 68 patients with liver-gallbladder dampness-heat syndrome in acute cholecystitis were randomly divided into two groups.42 cases in the treatment group were administrated by Kaixie Compound Decoction.26 cases in the control group were taken routine Western medical therapy.The examinations like symptomatic signs,laboratory tests,ultrasonography were performed before and after treatment.RESULTS There was statistical significance（P0.05） when comparing the therapeutic effects of two groups.After treatment,the two groups showed differences in the time points of complete subsidence of symptomatic signs,recovery confirmed by laboratory results and ultrasonography with statistical significance（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Kaixie Compound Decoction with better effects than Western treatment is completely applicable to treat liver-gallbladder dampness-heat syndrome in acute cholecystitis.
