RP-HPLC法测定活血壮筋丸(丹)中血竭素的含量

Determination of Dracorhodin in Huoxue Zhuangjin Pill by RP-HPLC

目的建立活血壮筋（丸）丹中血竭素的含量测定方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法测定血竭素的含量。色谱柱：Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18柱（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）;流动相：乙腈-0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液（50∶50）;检测波长：440 nm;柱温：35℃;流速：1 mL/min。结果血竭素在53.4~1 068 ng之间范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 7）;平均回收率为101.27%,RSD为1.64%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,具有良好的重复性和回收率,可作为活血壮筋（丸）丹中血竭素的含量测定方法。

OBJECTIVE To establish the determination method of dracorhodin in Huoxue Zhuangjin Pill.METHODS The content of dracorhodin was determined by RP-HPLC.Chromatographic column： Agilent ZORBAX SB-using C18 column（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）;Mobile phase： acetonitrile-0.05mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution（50∶50）;Detected wavelength：440nm;Column temperature： 35℃;Velocity： 1mL/min.RESULTS Dracorhodin was identified by TLC.The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 53.4~1068ng（r=0.9997） and the average recovery was 101.27% with RSD 1.64%.CONCLUSION This determination method is simple,rapid and accurate with good repeatability and recovery,thus it can be applied for the content determination of Huoxue Zhuangjin Pill.
