介绍了虚拟仪器的硬／ 软件构成及展望，并指明借助虚拟仪器来实现多参量的测量与处理是行之有效的新途径．
This paper introduces the construction and future of virtual instrument in hardware and softwatre,and shows that using virtual instrument is a new and effective way which measures and Processes multi-parameter.
