摘要 采用MBR(膜生物反应器)工艺针对成分复杂、可生化性差且含毒性物质的抗生素混合废水进行处理,系统考察了抗生素混合废水处理工艺的处理效果和运行参数.结果表明,新型MBR的温度始终维持在22℃以上,采用厌氧池出水,通过预处理,使pH值保持在6~8.5之间,新型MBR对COD的去除率达到91%以上,对氨氮的去除率稳定在71%以上,总氮的去除率在70%以上.本试验的进水TP浓度分布在1.2~8.3 mg/L范围内,经处理后出水TP在0.8~3.5 mg/L范围内波动,出水TP去除率为50%~70%,并对不同pH值条件下各处理指标进行分析,得到最适pH值为7~8. The membrane bioreactor(MBR) is employed to treat the antibiotic wastewater,which is a mixture of complex composition,poor biodegradability and toxic substances.The effect and operational parameters of this technology are then studied in this paper.It is shown through the results that the temperature of the new MBR is kept above 22 ℃,and that through anaerobic pond effluent and the pretreatment,the pH value is maintained between 6~8.5.The COD removal rate is over 91%,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate over 71%,and the total nitrogen removal rate over 70%.In this experiment,the TP concentration in influent is between 1.2~8.3mg/L,the TP concentration in treated effluent between 0.8~3.5mg/L,and the TP removal rate in effluent between 50%~70%.Various indicators under the different pH value are finally analyzed,with the optimal pH value being 7~8.
