管理哲学何为?它相对于要精确的定义和其学科独立,更要廓清其问题域;它是管理学与哲学之间的交叉学科,但其实质却是在管理学领域内研究哲学问题;它与其说有解释世界和改造世界的功能,不如说是以理念警醒的方式直接或是间接地影响组织以及组织中的人;管理哲学追求的"真理之路"不是一般本质和一般规律。因为已经式微的传统教科书哲学不能成为管理哲学构建的样板。
