红外光谱用于灯箱材料的鉴定

摘要 用FT- IR 仪鉴定构成灯箱的灯箱布内层和外层材料及透光胶贴的成分.结果表明:灯箱布内,外层的标样和待测样的主要组分相同,即内层均为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET) .外层均为邻苯二甲酸酯类聚合物.灯箱的关键材料__透光胶贴的标样和待测样是完全不同的多组分物质构成.美国进口的3M 透光胶贴主要成分是丙烯酸酯类共聚物. That material of lamp-case cloth and transmitting adhesize plaster was identified by using FT-IR.The results indicated that the materials are identical in inner and outer coating of lamp-case cloth of both standardard sample and sample to be tested. The all of inner materials are polyethylene glycol terephthalate (PET). The all of outer materials are phthalic acid ester.The transmitting adthesive plaster-nodal material of lamp-case,both standard sample and sample to be tested are not the very same.
