摘要
设计了一种二元合金相图分析处理软件,可对二元合金相图进行数字化处理,还能实现数学与图形分析以及文字编辑。该软件精度高,使用方便。
Binary phase diagrams are very important in the area of materials and metallurgical sciences. However, it is often very time consuming for researchers to edit and arrange diagrams, and calculate some parameters. A software was developed to solve this problem by using Windows 95/98 as a platform. This software mainly supports two kinds of operations: (1) diagram processing; (2) data processing. In diagram processing, users can conveniently realize some functions such as adding/deleting a text/line in a phase diagram, selecting an area of interest, and zooming in/out the selected area, etc.. In data processing, data regression in polynomial or exponential form can be performed easily. The highest regression order of polynomial reaches 10. Moreover, two kinds of regression equations, namely, composition versus temperature C=f(T) and temperature versus composition T=f(C) , are provided. On the basis of regression equations, users can obtain accurately and quickly some important parameters such as equilibrium solute partition coefficient k e , slope of liquidus line m L and solidus line m s , and fractions of phase components f , etc.. The precision of the data regression mainly depends on the accuracy of the original diagram and the error caused by eyesight reading can be eliminated, which makes the error less than 0.1%. A database which contains 126 binary phase diagrams have been built up in this software.
