飞机飞行时对伤员输液速度的影响

摘要 目的探讨飞机飞行时对伤员输液速度的影响。方法实验在154密闭舱飞机上进行,用留置针进行静脉输液,把飞机飞行中的输液滴速按飞机爬升阶段、平飞阶段、降落阶段分成3组,与起飞前地面调整的滴速(70±1.45)滴/min进行比较。飞行中输液架高度、输液手臂位置不变。结果爬升、平飞、降落阶段3组液体滴速分别为(47±8.14)、(55±4.02)、(59±2.45)滴/min。飞行中的输液滴速与地面的输液滴速差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论空中飞行对输液滴速有影响,空中输液时,应采取针对性的干预措施。 Objective To study the impact of flight on infusion speed.Methods Infusion by catheter was conducted in the confined space of TU-154 plane.The infusion drops,which were classified into three groups by the phase of flying(ascending phase,level flight phase and descending phase),were compared with the infusion drops(70±1.45 drops/minute) before taking off the ground.The transfusion rack height and infusion arm position remained unchanged in flight.Results The drops of ascending phase,level flight phase and descending phase were 47±8.14,55±4.02,59±2.45 drops/minute respectively.There were significant differences in the infusion drops in flight and on ground(P0.01).Conclusion Flight impacts the infusion drops.Targeted intervention should be taken for air infusion.
