摘要
以船舶肋骨使用的角钢为对象,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA模拟其弯曲加工过程中旁弯大小与弯曲曲率的关系。利用船用角钢冷弯加工过程的分析模型,模拟角钢正弯、反弯过程中变形情况,并用实验验证模拟结果的可靠性。模拟结果表明:在一定曲率范围内,旁弯有随着曲率增大而增大的趋势;正弯实验中的角钢旁弯大小与模拟的旁弯大小比较接近;反弯实验中的旁弯变形与腹板起皱情况与模拟情况相似。说明用数值模拟的方法分析旁弯的变化是可行的。
Taking the angle bar as research object,the relationship between the curvature and the vertical-bending magnitude during cold-bending process was analyzed by Ansys/LS-Dyna.An analytical model based on elastic-plastic finite element method was established to simulate the outward-bending and concave-bending process.The simulation results showed that the magnitude of vertical-bending increases while curvature increases within a certain curvature;during outward-bending experiment,the magnitude of vertical-bending close to the simulated;during concave-bending experiment,the vertical-bending deformation and web wrinkle are similar to the simulated.The results showed that it's feasible to analyze the variation of vertical-bending magnitude by numerical simulation method.
