摘要
针对柴油机柱塞式喷油泵柱塞穴蚀现象,建立喷油泵柱塞偶件模型,利用计算流体力学技术对喷油泵腔内燃油压力场与速度场进行计算,研究柱塞螺旋槽与套筒回油孔处穴蚀形成机理。提出减轻穴蚀影响的预防措施,以提高喷油泵工作效率,延长其使用寿命。
Fuel injection pump model was built according to the phenomenon of engine pump plunger cavitation.With CFD technology,fuel oil pressure field and velocity field in fuel injection pump were calculated to analyze the mechanism of cavitation pitting on the spot of plunger helical groove and oil return port in the barrel.On these bases,precautions to mitigating the cavitation were put forward for the ultimate purpose of lengthening service life and working efficiency of fuel injection pump.
