国内外语教师教育与专业发展研究综述

A Survey of Foreign Language Teacher Education and Development in China

外语教师教育与发展(FLTE)是当今教育界和外语界共同关注的一个非常重要的课题。本文对过去十年来在我国外语类核心刊物上发表的相关文章从共时(FLTE概念演变、理论、范围、专业知识等)和历时(FLTE职前、入职、职后)角度,进行了系统的分析和总结。在文章最后指出了研究的不足和有待进一步讨论的地方,提出关于我国外语教师教育与专业发展的建议。

Nowadays,FLTE is a very important issue in education world and foreign language education world.This paper discusses this issue from the perspective of the articles published in the core journals of foreign language.It sums up and analyzes these articles synchronically（FLTE concept of evolution,theory,scope,expertise,etc.）,and diachronically（FLTE pre-service,in-service）.The end of the article points out the problems and provides suggestions of improving EFLD in China.
