褪黑素对肾血管性高血压大鼠的肾脏保护作用及其机制研究

摘要 研究表明,在许多高血压肾损害的动物模型中,存在着氧自由基(OFR)的大量生成及其活性增加、抗氧化酶活性的降低,提示氧化应激在高血压肾损害的发生和发展中起重要作用。褪黑素(MLT)是松果体分泌的吲哚类神经内分泌激素,是一种强抗氧化剂.能够显著减轻氧自由基的损伤。已有研究显示MLT可对多种因素导致的肾脏损伤有保护作用,可能与其抗氧化作用有关。本研究采用褪黑素干预治疗2K1C高血压大鼠.研究其对血压的调节及其对肾脏的保护作用。
