表皮生长因子受体2和3在22RV1前列腺癌细胞的表达
摘要
激素非依赖型前列腺癌发生机制不明,研究表明表皮生长因子（EGFR）信号系统在前列腺癌的激素非依赖状态的形成中可能起着重要的作用。EGFR家族由EGFR、HER-2、HER-3和HER-4组成。其中,HER-2与HER-3在功能上密切关联。本研究对22RV1激素非依赖性前列腺癌细胞株HER-2和HER-3的表达进行定性和定量的检测。
